Aircraft Technical Stewardship™ is Jet Perception’s tiered ongoing advisory program — giving aircraft owners independent technical oversight scaled to their operation, without the cost of full aircraft management or additional headcount.
Rather than engaging only during major events, Stewardship delivers structured, year-round governance: maintenance forecasting, budget planning, records review, vendor liaison, inspection planning, and AOG resolution support. The objective is disciplined technical decision-making throughout the ownership lifecycle — with Jet Perception acting exclusively on your behalf.
Event Oversight
Major maintenance events and refurbishment projects concentrate significant capital risk — compressed timelines, expanding scope, and vendor-driven change orders can erode budgets and extend downtime fast. Jet Perception’s Event Oversight service provides independent technical representation from initial quoting through return-to-service, ensuring complex projects stay aligned with your budget, schedule, and long-term asset value.
Jet Perception manages the full project lifecycle on the owner’s behalf: proposal review, scope evaluation, continuous inspection monitoring, discrepancy interpretation, change-order challenge, invoice validation, and documentation review at return-to-service.
Pre-Purchase and Ownership Transition Support
Aircraft transactions carry significant technical and financial risk. Pre-purchase inspections identify discrepancies — but without independent interpretation and records validation, material exposure can remain hidden until after closing. Jet Perception provides independent technical representation throughout the acquisition process, ensuring condition, maintenance history, and program alignment are clearly understood before the deal is done.
Acting exclusively on behalf of the buyer or owner, Jet Perception manages the full transaction lifecycle: inspection planning and facility selection, risk-targeted scope definition, continuous oversight during the inspection, independent interpretation of findings, negotiation support, and post-closing condition baseline reporting.
